Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address but there may be shippping restrictions on selected products.

When the customer place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for the customer based on the availability of the customer’s items and the shipping options the customer choose. Depending on the shipping provider the customer choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell may be weight-based. If the weight of any such item is available, it will be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, these weights would be rounded up to the next full pound.

Goods not in stock
We will contact you to let you know when your item will be back in stock or offer you an close similar alternative product if available.

Delivery
Most goods will be despatched within 1 or 2 working days of the order being received. However, some items may be out of stock, in which case we will endeavour to despatch within 7 to 10 working days. If there are any further problems with the delivery we will get in touch with the customer immediately.
Where goods are lost in transit from us to the customer, we will either send new goods or offer the customer a full refund, including delivery charges

Faulty goods
If the goods are faulty or do not comply with the contract, we will provide the customer with a replacement item at our own cost. Alternatively, the customer may request the reimbursement of the full amount of the goods including delivery, as well as redelivery back to us by recorded delivery (a copy of your delivery stub and/or receipt may be required). Alternatively we may elect to collect the goods from the customer using our own courier if possible, although this may not always be the case.

If a replacement item to a faulty item has been sent out, the customer will have a right to keep the replacement item or cancel it within 7 working days from receipt of it.

Right to Cancel & Returning Goods
Customers have the right to cancel their order at any time and for any reason within 7 working days after the day in which they received their goods. If the customer needs to return an item, simply login to the customer’s account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Customers are required to bear the cost of returning the goods to us at Retro-Guy, 98 Commerce Street, Glasgow, G5 8DJ.

Customers must return any goods with original packaging without damage, within reason, including damage caused in transit back to us. A copy receipt of your delivery may be required. We have a right of action against any customer breaching this duty-of-care. We will notify the customer via e-mail of the customer’s refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Any additional services (eg gift-wrapping, or any personalisation or customisation), fall under separate contracts to the un-personalised goods. On agreeing to additional services, the customer’s cancellation rights end when those additional services have commenced.
